About Kristin

 
Kristin Cavella is originally from Bedford, New Hampshire.  She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1994 with a degree in Hospitality Managment.  She was recruited by The Ritz-Carlton and relocated to Amelia Island, Florida.  Over the next five years she achieved numerous promotions and fast tracked with this dynamic global organization including becoming a National Sales Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Kristin relocated to Naples, Florida in 1999 and made a career change from resort sales to luxury real estate sales.  She joined the Tiburon realty sales team with WCI in 2000 and achieved huge success selling luxury coach homes, villas and estate homes from $500,000 to over 5 million. Tiburon is a luxury golf course community that boasts 36 holes of Greg Norman golf and a Ritz-Carlton resort as one of its many amenities.   In 2003 she joined the Mediterra team and worked as both a Realty Sales Executive and Membership Sales Director until 2009.  Mediterra is a world class golf community that includes 36 holes of Tom Fazio golf, Sports Club with Spa and a private Beach Club.  Homes range range from $600,000 to over 9 million.

Kristin has joined Paradise Realty of Naples as their Director of Sales and Marketing and focuses on Mediterra and other luxury  golf course communties in North Naples.
